Project Objectives:
19 Nineteen young leaders participated in the program in 2009, representing a wide and diverse spectrum of cultures and professions.
The young women leaders were equipped with Leadership and Management Skills (Phase I); Governance, Gender and Development (Phase II); Planning and Financial Resource and Project Management (Phase III).
Exposure at the national (Karachi)and International level (Istanbul-Turkey) to meet leaders and learn from different cultures and working environments of different countries which inculcated confidence among them.
