Mr. Waqar Awan’s experience encompasses a range of areas in the design of programmes and their implementation. He started his career at NRSP – Institute of Rural Management and worked as a member of the curriculum development team in developing diploma courses in HRM and NGO Management. He lead and managed several projects funded by multilateral and bilateral donors including United Nations and also like DTCE.
His skills as HR and Training Manager at FPAP were expressed in reviewing and developing HR policies and manuals, while at RSPN as Project Manager he got the opportunity to develop a manual on social mobilization, designed and conducted Training of Trainers of UN-Habitat funded project.
