Trained and experienced in all aspects of capacity development of organizations, program and grant management, including strategic planning; monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning; fundraising; budgeting, Modules and Manuals development, partnership development and management; and conflict-sensitive program.
Conceptualized, design, develop and implement programs (Roving Facilitators in the Koochies (Nomads) communities for enterprise development, business incubation for Persons with disabilities (PwDs), Enterprise Development for Koochies, One District One Product (ODOP) and Transformation of Field Staff into Business Development Services Providers (BDSPs)), introduced public-private partnership, capacity enhancement manuals and modules in enterprise development, value chain, gender mainstreaming, communication, report writing, proposal development, organizational development, event management, effective presentation & facilitation skills, training of trainers etc.).
Develop ToRs, EOIs and evaluate REOI, Technical and Financial Proposals. Develop concept notes and technical and financial proposals.
Conducted capacity-building training for organizations, training for field implementation staff, senior management and community in different areas of program development around the program cycle and gender mainstreaming in livelihood and enterprise development. Conducted value chain assessments and analyses on Wheat, Carpet, Tomato, Potato, Sheep, and Gem & Jewelry and embellish garments.
Certified Master Trainer of International Finance Corporation (IFC) World Bank Group. Taught in Quaid-e-Azam University as visiting faculty.
