More than twenty years of working experience in programme management, community development, education and capacity building with prestigious organizations like the Pakistan reading project, National Commission for Human Development, Save the Children-UK, Bunyad Literacy Community Council-Pakistan, Pakistan Family Protection Project of the MoWD.
Expert in gender issues, community participation, mobilization/organizations at different levels, as well as possess expertise in designing programmes for rural communities. Monitoring of ongoing field activities and linkages development with donor agencies.. Proficient in the use of participatory development approaches in the community development process. Worked with Bunyad Literacy Community Council Pakistan as Manager of Projects, then with Save the children-UK worked as program coordinator education. As a trainer, she is skilful in Training Need Assessments and soft skills training of multiple stakeholders. She has also worked with IMC worldwide in DFID funded project
