I am a development professional, having more than 20 years of experience in the development/humanitarian sector with multiple stakeholders including the UN, INGOs, NGOs, and the Government in the different regions of Pakistan. I have managed different types of projects like Community Mobilization, DRR, Health, Education, Shelter, WASH, and Nutrition. My area of expertise is Project Management & Coordination, particularly in the public sector involving and networking with government & law enforcement bodies. My last job was a USAID-funded programme, UN-Maternal & Child Stunting Reduction Programme (UN-M & CSRP) where I lead this project as a Program Manager, Sindh.
Currently, I am working with World Bank/PDMA, Punjab at Lahore under DCRIP (Disaster & Climate Resilience Improvement Project). My experience has allowed me to learn the nuances of people and has provided me with good investigative and analytical skills. My background has afforded me many intangible qualifications, that one cannot learn from a book, such as resourcefulness, insight, adaptability, honesty, and work ethics.
