Mr. Gulab Rai is the Grade 18 government Officer at : School Education & Literacy Department, Government of Sindh. He has done his bachelors in Computer and Information Technology. He deals with 2500 private Schools Karachi Region regarding their For Registration & renewal of registration. To ensure quality of Education and character building of students he make monitoring visits to these education institutions on regular basis. Bedsides his official commitments he contributes and give back to community by various social services. He loves travel, hiking, book reading and cricket.
