Ms. Fauzia Bilqis Malik is a development professional with an experience over 26 years of working with national and international organizations. She is currently working as Manager Islamabad Programme Office of IUCN Pakistan, International Union for Conservation of Nature since 2014. She has served as the Executive Director of HRDN, Human Resource Development Network for 4 years. She was leading FFSP, Farm Forestry Support Project as Project Coordinator in her 4 years association with IC, Intercooperation Pakistan, now called Helvetas Pakistan. Earlier she worked with CRS, Catholic Relief Services for 6.5 years in various positions including senior management. She has also worked with HALCROW Rural Management on the on-farm water management project on M&E for 3.5 years. She started her career with NRSP, National Rural Support Programme. She also conducted various assignments for national and international organizations and projects on project assessments and evaluations. She has conducted various pieces of training in soft skills including leadership and team building.

She has a Master’s in Forestry from Pakistan Forest Institute and also a Master’s in Botany from the University of Agriculture Faisalabad. She is a lifetime fellow of LEAD (Leadership for Environment and Development) and a Lifetime professional member of the Human Resource Development Network (HRDN).
