Aamir Fida Khan is a Human Resource professional having international level experience and exposure in Human Resource Management, especially in Asia and Africa. Very well-trained and hands-on experience in handling HRM in international and national level organizations. He has expertise in conceptualizing, developing and implementing Human Resource Organization Development Strategies, and training modules on Performance Management. He has managed and coordinated the initiation and implementation of HRMIS and its rollout at all levels. He has supported ActionAid Afghanistan, Nepal, Myanmar and Thailand in the development of HROD policy manuals, restructuring and training of their staff, and revamping/redesigning personnel files.
Conducted and implemented an HR Audit of the HROD Unit by International teams.
He has remained head/lead HR in Nigeria, Action Against Hunger-ACF-USA, Action-Aid Pakistan, DAMEN and PPAF.
Has a diploma in Social Enterprise Mangement from LUMS and PGD from UoP and MBA HRM from Gomal University.
