In order to enhance the individual and institutional capacities of its members and to learn from cultural exchange, development models and best practices in visiting countries, HRDN organizes national and international training and conferences. So far we have organized 20 Annual Trainers’ Retreat (ATR) and 5 “Join a Movement (JAM) in different countries across the world. The delegation of these visits include CEOs and senior executives of Pakistan based prestigious organization. Since 19 years, we have visited Netherlands, Paris, Switzerland, Brussels, Russia, Turkey, Malaysia, Indonesia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, China, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, UAE, Morocco, Australia etc.
This year HRDN planned an exposure visit under the ‘6th Join a Movement (JAM)’ for its members to explore three historical cities of Uzbekistan i.e. Samarkand, Bukhara and Tashkent from September 14th-21st, 2019 for Cross Boarder learning and Knowledge Sharing. A delegation of HRDN members, around 20 Senior Executives, Officials and CEOs of National and International Organizations from Pakistan participated. They also met H.E. Mr. Irfan Yusuf Shami, Ambassador of Pakistan in Uzbekistan. The delegation came back from the trip on Sep 21st, 2019 with bundles of joyful memories from Uzbekistan..
