She has worked extensively with the UN system, development partners, and federal and provincial government institutions, supporting the design and implementation of complex, multi-stakeholder programmes. Her professional experience includes leading large-scale initiatives in disaster risk reduction, climate change adaptation, post-disaster recovery, and resilience strengthening. Nadia brings a strong track record in coordinating across diverse stakeholders, supporting government counterparts in policy development and programme delivery, and managing projects across the full lifecycle from planning and implementation to monitoring, evaluation, and close-out.
