Dr. Alia Sheeraz is an Associate Professor at Riphah International University (RIU), Faisalabad Campus. She is currently serving as Head of the Department of RIU Business School. She completed her Doctoral Degree in Management Sciences at COMSATS University, Islamabad. She conducted research on the Impact of Personality, Relationship Conflict and Conflict Management Styles on Emotional Labour. She is having about twenty-three years’ experience of teaching undergraduate and graduate classes at both public & private universities and more than twenty years of managerial experience also. She has supervised research theses of 52 students at the graduate level. She is an active researcher and her areas of interest are Management, Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resource Management, Employee personality and behaviour.
