➤ Communication strategy developed to enhance effective and systematic outreach through media
➤ Capacity building of 60 Ombudsman Office officials in IT and management skills
➤ Conducted stakeholder dialogues on the role and responsibilities of the Ombudsman institution
➤ A peace song for prosperity written by a university professor and performed live at various project locations
➤ Organized seminar and panel discussion with experts from government departments—around 200 participants attended
➤ Conducted case studies and awareness campaigns in collaboration with media
