➤ 19 young leaders participated in the program in 2009, representing a wide and diverse spectrum of cultures and professions
➤ Participants were equipped with:
Leadership and Management Skills (Phase I)
Governance, Gender, and Development (Phase II)
Planning, Financial Resource, and Project Management (Phase III)
➤ Provided national (Karachi) and international (Istanbul, Turkey) exposure to meet leaders, learn from different cultures, and understand global working environments—building their confidence
